Do I need Excel or a paid plan?

No. The templates work in free Google Sheets and on the free Notion plan.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Daily use works in the free Google Sheets app. Setup is easier on a laptop.

How do I get my template?

Right after checkout you get a link. Tap Make a copy and it goes into your own Google Drive.
