This is a free Google Sheets habit tracker made for busy people who work from home. You tick what you did today. The top of the tab shows your progress, your streak and your best habit. Miss a day? A good week is 5 of 7 days, so one slip does not reset everything.

• Days a week goal. Set a goal for each habit, like 5 days a week.
• Mood and a short note. One dropdown and one line for each day, if you want them.
• Weekly check in. Good days, your best win and one thing to change, at the bottom of each month.
• Year tab. Every month at a glance, each habit across the year, your best day of the week and a chart.
• Fix it box. Quick answers for common problems, right inside the file.

How it works on your phone

Open the free Google Sheets app. Go to this month's tab and tap the box under each habit you did. That is it. Short habit names are made to fit a phone screen. There are no scripts, no forms and no buttons, so nothing breaks on a phone.

The setup is easier on a laptop, but daily use is made for your phone.

Questions people ask

Does it work in Excel?

It is made for Google Sheets and tested there. You can download your copy as an Excel file from the File menu, and the numbers still work. Some colours, charts or dropdowns may look different in Excel, so we only promise full support in Google Sheets.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Daily use works in the free Google Sheets app. To make your copy, open the copy link in your phone browser, not the app, because the app hides the Make a copy option.

Do I need a Google account?

Yes. A free Google account is enough.

Can I start in the middle of the year?

Yes. Start on this month's tab. Your rates count from the day you set in Tracking since.

What if I paid and changed my mind?

It is free, so you never have to pay. If you chose to pay something, you get a full refund within 14 days. No questions asked. Just reply to your receipt or email us.
