Quick answer
A freelance invoice lists who it is from, who it is for, an invoice number, the issue date and the due date. Then each piece of work with its hours or quantity, your rate and the amount. The total is the sum of the amounts, less any discount, with tax added. End with how the client should pay you. Example: 20 hours at $15, 10 hours at $15 and one $50 report make a $500.00 invoice.
Add your details and your client's. Give the invoice a number, an issue date and a due date. List the work with hours or quantity and your rate, then add tax or a discount if you need them. Add how you want to be paid, save it as a PDF and send it.
Your name and email, your client's name, an invoice number, the issue date and the due date. Then each item with its quantity, rate and amount, the total, and clear payment details such as PayPal, Wise, bank or GCash.
